Services

The key objective of our activities is to provide psychiatric and neurological patients with high-quality treatment, diagnostic, social and rehabilitation services. Ostrovlya Regional Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital of Lida District offers inpatient health assessment, treatment of patients with mental and neurological disorders, addiction treatment and other services permitted by the law and stipulated by relevant documents.

We also provide paid services in accordance with the regulatory framework and legislative acts.

List of the paid services provided by Ostrovlya Regional Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital of Lida District to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and foreign citizens:

1. Addiction treatment;
2. Psychiatric care;
3. Arrangement of individual inpatient care in state health facilities, including the health facilities which provide psychiatric care (without medical indications, in departments of psychiatry);
4. Laboratory tests;
5. Appointments with medical specialists;
6. Physiotherapy.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

The paid medical services shall be medical services provided in addition to the volume of free-of-charge medical services guaranteed by the state and shall be provided to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus without prejudice to the activities of the hospital financed from the budget.

Ostrovlya Regional Psychiatric and Neurological Hospital of Lida District provides the paid medical services in accordance with the Law “On health care” of the Republic of Belarus, resolution No.182 of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus “On provision of paid medical services by state health facilities” (as amended and supplemented) as of February 10, 2009.

PROVISION OF PAID MEDICAL SERVICES:

Today we offer 6 types of paid medical services to the citizens of the Republic of Belarus and 7 types of paid medical services to foreign citizens.

We have all necessary permits (licenses) for the paid services. The Chief Executive Officer shall always approve the provision of any paid services.

Medical specialists who provide the paid medical serviced shall be appointed by the Chief Executive Officer.

PROCEDURE:

A paid service shall be provided against a patient’s written request. Information on the provision of the paid medical services, price lists for the paid services, terms of services, payment terms, information on medical specialists’ qualification, benefits for the particular categories of citizens and visiting hours of the hospital is available on information boards, in booklets and other information media.

A paid service shall be provided according to indications for treatment or health assessment or according to a patient’s request.

We accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers. Payments may be made in the hospital or in a bank.
